Thermal de-aerators

In a steam plant oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) and severe damage. The elimination of the oxygen in boiler feeding water is crucial to avoid pitting corrosion.
Vapotech and RCB design and construct thermal de-aerators to bring the feeding water in an optimal oxygen free condition. Therefore we bring the boiler feeding water and condensate return in the opposite direction of the steam flow in a stainless steel de-aerator dome.
The result : Vapotech and RCB can garanty an residual value of oxygen less than 0.05 to 0.02mg/l
